Prof. Morrow was the founding director of the Portland Music Video Festival, a multi-program festival and networking event centered on the study and appreciation of music video as an art form. He was the first director of the Greenfield Youth Film Festival in Philadelphia, which is among the largest youth media education programs in the country. Additionally, Prof. Morrow is occasionally invited to guest-program for other organizations and festivals.
