Prof. Morrow was the first Director of the Greenfield Youth Film Festival in Philadelphia, a position he held for three years. Initially working with a staff of only three, Prof. Morrow was charged with establishing the shape and structure, policies and procedures, educational component and creative direction of the festival. The Greenfield Youth Film Festival quickly grew to become one of the largest youth-centered film education programs in the U.S. Funded by the Greenfield Foundation and based at the Upper Dublin School District in suburban Philadelphia, the festival is a five-month long program bringing together high school students, working media professionals, and university professors for a series of workshops, contests, screenings, and film education opportunities, culminating in a formal, red-carpet screening and awards ceremony at the spectacular Ambler Theater in Ambler, PA.
